Harley-Davidson's touring bikes start on a YIX30L, one of the biggest batteries in motorcycling. The Ionic S7 is that size in lithium: 1,220 peak cranking amps (900 CCA) and 30Ah from 8.85 lbs, about 13 lbs lighter than the lead acid YIX30L it replaces.
The 30Ah runs the radio, lights and heated gear between starts. Bluetooth is built in, so the Ionic app shows the state of charge before you ride, and Emergency Start holds back 25% of the charge: if the battery runs down, press the button or use the app and start the engine.
