Is LithiumBatteryZ an authorized Lithium Rhino dealer?+-
Yes, since 2025. That matters here: Rhino voids coverage on packs bought from unauthorized sellers, so buying from an authorized dealer like us is what makes the warranty real.
How does the Rhino 8-year warranty actually work?+-
Years one through six are fully covered: repair or replacement with shipping paid both ways. In years seven and eight, each claim carries a flat $500 service fee, or you can take a $500 credit toward a new battery instead. We would rather tell you that up front than have you find it in the fine print later.
What if I run my carts commercially?+-
Commercial, fleet and rental use is capped at 3 years of coverage unless Rhino approves it in writing first. If your carts earn money, talk to us before you buy and we will get the approval sorted or point you to a brand whose terms fit better.
What are the self-heated models?+-
Select Rhino packs include internal heating that warms the cells automatically below 32 F, so the pack accepts a charge in weather that shuts standard lithium down. Cold-climate carts should choose these.
Do I have to register the battery?+-
Yes, within 120 days, or coverage drops to one year. It takes two minutes and we do it with you at purchase.
