How does the 11-year warranty work?+-
EPOCH covers manufacturer defects on the battery for 11 years. The one rule that matters: register within 90 days of purchase. Registered packs run the clock from your purchase date; unregistered packs run it from the manufacturing date, which can quietly cost you months of coverage. We handle registration with you at purchase.
Can I charge an EPOCH pack in freezing weather?+-
No. The BMS blocks charging below 32 F because charging frozen lithium cells causes permanent damage, and the golf line does not offer a heater option. If your cart winters outdoors in a cold climate, charge it somewhere heated or look at our BOLT, MODZ or Dakota pages for heated packs.
Does EPOCH make batteries beyond golf carts?+-
Yes: marine and trolling motor packs, RV house banks and off-grid storage. We are bringing those categories online at LithiumBatteryZ now.
