Is LithiumBatteryZ an authorized Allied Battery dealer?+-
Yes. We have been a fully authorized Allied dealer since 2018 across our family of stores, with direct access to Allied for warranty claims and tech support.
Which golf carts do Allied kits fit?+-
Allied builds cart-specific Big Box kits for Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, Evolution, ICON, STAR EV and more. Every kit ships with the cables, harness and hardware for its cart. Not sure which kit is yours? Call us and we will confirm before you order.
How does the Allied 10-year warranty actually work?+-
RS-series packs purchased March 1, 2026 or later carry a 10-year limited warranty: the first 3 years are full repair or replacement at no charge, years 4 through 10 are prorated. Register within 60 days of purchase, and buy from an authorized dealer like us so the paper trail is clean.
Do I have to use the Allied charger?+-
Yes. Allied’s terms are explicit that charging with anything other than an Allied lithium charger voids the warranty. Every kit we sell includes the matched waterproof charger, so this takes care of itself.
Can I charge an Allied pack in freezing weather?+-
No. The BMS blocks charging below 32 F because charging frozen lithium cells causes permanent damage. Allied does not offer a heated version, so if your cart winters outdoors in a cold climate, charge it somewhere heated or look at a heated pack from another brand we carry.
What is the difference between RS and the older Allied packs?+-
RS is Allied’s 2026 platform refresh, sold in 65Ah to 210Ah sizes with the 10-year warranty. Earlier non-RS packs carry Allied’s prior 8-year prorated warranty. Everything we sell new today is RS.

Each Allied kit from LithiumBatteryZ ships from one of our U.S. warehouses with the waterproof Allied lithium charger, state of charge meter, Bluetooth app access and a full hardware packet. Most owners finish the swap in an afternoon with hand tools, and our techs answer the phone Mon to Fri, 9a to 6p EST if you hit a snag.
