Ionic Lithium Group U1 12V Lawn Mower Battery 1220CA (S8, Bluetooth)
Ionic S8 Group U1: 1,220 Cranking Amps for Big Zero-Turns
Larger zero-turns and commercial mowers ask more of a battery than a lawn tractor does. The S8 1220 answers with 1,220 peak cranking amps (900 CCA) and 30Ah of capacity in the same Group U1 case, 7.7" x 5.1" x 6.1", a drop-in for the U1 tray under your seat at 9 lbs.
Emergency Start is built in. If the battery runs too low to crank, it shuts off at 25% to hold a reserve; long-press the button or tap the Ionic app and that reserve starts the engine. Bluetooth shows the state of charge before the season starts.

It also starts UTVs, side-by-sides and marine engines. Lead-acid U1 and U1R batteries mirror each other's terminals; the S8 has a post on all four top corners, negative on one side and positive on the other, so you turn it to put the positive on whichever side your cable is. Ionic recommends a LiFePO4 charger that stops at 14.6V, such as its 12V 10A, or its 12V 2A trickle charger for the off-season.
