The Yamaha Jog 50 takes the YTX4L-BS case. The Antigravity ATZ-7 RE-START is a drop-in for that case: 150 cranking amps, 1.3 lb, a built-in jump start that saves enough charge to get you home.

Shop all Yamaha batteriesWhy the year matters on this one
The Jog 50 is a motorcycle where the battery changed mid-run: 1990 to 1991 takes the YB4L-B and 1992 to 2001 the YTX4L-BS. The plate above names the source for each year, and the table shows every run we have on file, so match the year to the case before you order.
For 1992 to 2001 that means the Antigravity ATZ-7 RE-START: 150 cranking amps, 1.3 pounds, the same case in lithium. Its RE-START function puts the battery to sleep before a parasitic draw can drain it, then wakes it with one press for a jump start. Charge it with a lithium-compatible charger or maintainer for the off-season and it outlasts the lead-acid battery it replaces by years.
