The KTM 250 EXC takes the YTX5L-BS case. The Antigravity ATZ-7 RE-START is a drop-in for that case: 150 cranking amps, 1.3 lb, a built-in jump start that saves enough charge to get you home.

Shop all KTM Dirt Bike batteriesWhy the year matters on this one
The 250 EXC is a dirt bike where the battery changed mid-run: 2003 to 2004 takes the YTZ5S-BS and 2005 to 2008 the YTX5L-BS. The plate above names the source for each year, and the table shows every run we have on file, so match the year to the case before you order.
For 2005 to 2008 that means the Antigravity ATZ-7 RE-START: 150 cranking amps, 1.3 pounds, the same case in lithium. Its RE-START function puts the battery to sleep before a parasitic draw can drain it, then wakes it with one press for a jump start. Charge it with a lithium-compatible charger or maintainer for the off-season and it outlasts the lead-acid battery it replaces by years.
