Shop all Polaris ATV batteriesWhy the year matters on this one
The Scrambler 90 is an ATV where the battery changed mid-run: 2001 to 2002 takes the YTX4L-BS and 2003 the ATZ7. The plate above names the source for each year, and the table shows every run we have on file, so match the year to the case before you order.
For 2003 that means the Antigravity ATZ-7 RE-START: 150 cranking amps, 1.3 pounds, the same case in lithium. Its RE-START function puts the battery to sleep before a parasitic draw can drain it, then wakes it with one press for a jump start. Charge it with a lithium-compatible charger or maintainer for the off-season and it outlasts the lead-acid battery it replaces by years.
