Ionic is the battery line LithiumHub builds its name on. The company, based in Norris, South Carolina, says it has been working on long-life batteries for more than a decade, and every Ionic battery runs on LiFePO4 cells with a battery management system watching over them.
What sets Ionic apart on our shelf is the Bluetooth. Pair a battery with the Ionic app and your phone shows its state of charge, and LithiumHub says the app works out run time and charge time from the live readings. On an RV house bank or a trolling motor setup, that beats guessing from a voltmeter.

What does the Ionic Bluetooth app show?+-
The battery’s state of charge, read from the battery itself, and LithiumHub says the app also works out run time and charge time from the live readings. There is no separate monitor to wire in.
Which Ionic starter fits my ATV?+-
Match the case size and the cranking amps of your stock battery. The S4, S6 and S7 step up from 500 to 720 to 1220 cranking amps. Call us with the year, make and model and we will confirm the right one before you order.
Will an Ionic mower battery fit my riding mower?+-
Most of our Ionic mower batteries are Group U1, the size most riding mowers and many zero-turns use, and the Ionic S4 fits the Cub Cadet XT1, XT2 and Ultima. Check the group size on your old battery, or call us with the mower model and we will check it for you.
Can I charge an Ionic battery with my old lead-acid charger?+-
Use a charger with a lithium (LiFePO4) profile instead. A lead-acid charger’s float and desulfation stages are the wrong medicine for lithium cells. The charger finder on our chargers page matches one to your battery in two taps.
