MODZ has spent ten years building cart wheels, seats and accessories, and we have sold them across our stores for most of that run. For their 2026 lithium debut they partnered with EKT, one of the biggest industrial lithium builders in the world, and it shows: built-in cell heaters standard on every pack 105Ah and up, a UL-certified 20-amp onboard charger in the box, and an app that schedules charging around your utility rates.
Then they put a limited lifetime warranty on it, the first in the industry alongside ECO. Five full replacement years, then prorated coverage for as long as you own the battery. For a first-year line, the paper backing it is remarkable.

Yes, since 2025, alongside the MODZ wheels and accessories we have carried across our family of stores for years.
How does a lifetime warranty on a battery actually work?+-
It covers the original purchaser for as long as you own the battery. The first five years are free replacement for manufacturing defects. After year five, MODZ replaces the pack at a prorated percentage of list price. Note that MODZ charges a $250 shipping and handling fee on warranty returns, which we will always disclose up front.
Does the lifetime warranty cover business or rental carts?+-
No. The MODZ warranty explicitly excludes commercial, fleet, rental and income-producing use. If your carts earn money, look at our BOLT or Trojan pages, whose terms handle fleet questions differently.
What do Nano, Slim and Blade mean?+-
They are case shapes, not spec tiers. The same 105Ah electronics come in the compact Nano and the lower, wider Slim so the pack fits your specific battery tray. Blade is the 175Ah extended-range shape. We confirm the right shape for your cart before you order.
Is the heater really standard?+-
On every 105Ah and larger pack, yes. The heater warms the cells automatically below 32 F so winter charging takes care of itself. The 60Ah packs do not include it, so cold-climate owners should size up.
Do MODZ kits fit my cart?+-
MODZ builds fitment for Club Car Onward, Tempo and Precedent, EZGO RXV and TXT, Yamaha Drive and Drive2, ICON, Advanced EV and more, with Slim or Blade shapes recommended for tighter trays like the Club Car DS. Call us and we will match the shape to your cart.

Every MODZ pack 105Ah and up includes a built-in, precision-controlled cell heater as standard equipment, and every kit ships with a UL-certified 20-amp onboard charger, an LCD rotary charge meter and complete mounting hardware from one of our U.S. warehouses. The MODZ app adds scheduled charging, so the cart fills up on cheap overnight rates.
A lifetime warranty, stated honestly
The MODZ limited lifetime warranty covers the original owner with five years of free replacement and prorated coverage for life after that, registered through the app within 60 days.
