Yes. We have been a fully authorized ECO Battery dealer since 2022 across our family of stores, which means full manufacturer warranty support and direct access to ECO for claims and tech questions.
Which golf carts do ECO kits fit?+-
ECO builds cart-specific kits for Club Car (DS, Precedent, Tempo, Onward, Carryall), EZGO RXV, Yamaha Drive and Drive2, ICON, Advanced EV, Evolution and Bintelli. Every kit ships with the hardware for its cart, and the product page lists exact model-year fitment. Not sure about yours? Call us and we will confirm before you order.
Can I charge an ECO pack in cold weather?+-
Not below freezing, by design. The BMS blocks charging under 32 F because charging frozen lithium cells causes permanent damage. The heated battery option warms the cells automatically so winter charging takes care of itself.
Is the ECO warranty transferable if I sell my cart?+-
No. The lifetime warranty covers the original purchaser and stays behind if the cart changes hands. Registration at install is required, and we help with that at purchase.
What does the ECO Battery app actually do?+-
Real-time state of charge, per-cell health, diagnostics, a 24-hour sleep mode, and over-the-air firmware updates for the BMS. It also handles warranty registration.
Do I need a voltage reducer for my lights and accessories?+-
If your cart runs 12V accessories such as lights, a stereo or a fan, yes, we recommend adding the voltage reducer so those accessories get clean 12V power from the new pack.

Most owners finish the swap in under an hour with hand tools, and our techs answer the phone Mon to Fri, 9a to 6p EST if you hit a snag.
